Custom Home Process.
We offer a complete custom home building experience. From creation to build, we are with our clients every step of the way.
Create.
In this phase we create a plan and a budget that will work for you. This is the where ideas come to life and go from brain to paper. Thinking outside the box always helps so that we can think of ways to make your ideas unique. We brainstorm and sketch layouts and styles that will be carried into the design phase.

Timeline: 2-4 weeks

Design.
Here we take the budget and the ideas from the creation phase and use them to design the house plans. We will meet as many times as we need with our partnered architect and engineers to make sure your house plans are perfect. Finish choices are also chosen in this phase so you can imagine how they will look before the build.

Timeline: 2-4 weeks
Build.
The build is the most exciting part of your project because you get to see your dreams turn into reality. This includes permitting and site prep before ground is broken. After months of work, we deliver your home to you. You will be invited to various walkthroughs, inspections, and design meetings throughout the build so that you are aware of the details every step of the way.
